Organisation of the Fundación Jesús Serra Research Awards Ceremony 2022
On 15 June, the award ceremony for the fourth edition of the Fundación Jesús Serra Research Awards took place. Since September 2021, we have accompanied Fundación Jesús Serra in the communication strategy and technical support of these awards, which annually recognise and support research in nutrition, food and health. This event was jam-packed full of science and entertainment and was the culmination of months of effort. In this edition, UbiK designed a new format for the awards ceremony, and together with the Foundation, took charge of its organisation and dissemination. And we couldn’t be happier with the result!
The theme of this year’s ceremony was “Feeding health is everyone’s business”. It was overseen by Jorge Fernández with the collaboration of the disseminator Pere Estupinyà. Jorge and Laura Halpern, (Vice-President of the Foundation), announced this year’s winners: Arkaitz Carracedo from CIC biGUNE and Fàtima Crispi from BCNatal (Hospital Clínic de Barcelona and Hospital Sant Joan de Déu). During the debate, Pere brought with him not only his own questions, but also those of different people from the streets of Madrid.
Here you will find a set of multimedia materials that we prepared for this ceremony and its dissemination:
- The new corporate video of the Fundación Jesús Serra and the new video presentation of the Research Awards.
- The video presentation of the two winners, Arkaitz Carracedo and Fàtima Crispi.
- The video with Pere Estupinyà that collected questions from anonymous people for Arkaitz and Fàtima.
- A collection of 14 tips from research to improve your diet, which was projected in the cocktail area, with advice from the winners of all the editions of these awards and the members of the jury.
If you’re still curious, you can take a look at the full ceremony here. For us, of course, it was a pleasure to accompany the Fundación Jesús Serra in this adventure and we are looking forward to again collaborating with them for the fifth edition!
