Development of marketing strategies for TECNIO candidates
Last June, UbiK media ended a 12-month follow-up with 17 research groups that are candidates to receive the TECNIO certification. ACCIÓ had asked us a clear and concise job: to help the 17 to develop an executable marketing plan associated with their innovative activity.
In an initial phase, we set ourselves the goal of convincing them of the need to develop a plan with which to identify market opportunities and their respective access doors. And, in a second stage, we showed them guidelines and tools to develop and execute their own marketing plan in a rigorous as well as effective way. This scheme was premeditated. We did not conceive to enter into the matter without first convince them why it was key to develop a plan of their own.
We are aware of how much we have made them work but also of the magnificent response we received from each and every one of the groups. Throughout all these months, we built together Canvas models, SWOTs and GE matrices; we analyzed 4Cs strategies and identified KPIs; we valued sales and distribution channels and worked on their commercial and communicative skills. And always, we encountered an unbeatable predisposition to work. We would like to thank them all for their dedication, enthusiasm, motivation and confidence. Now we are thrilled to see the objectives of their plan fulfilled.
