Digital coverage with purpose: giving visibility, building community, amplifying impact
The ceremonies and gatherings of the Research and Fellowships areas of ”la Caixa” Foundation are always special moments. Researchers, students, and professionals from the same cohort meet, connect, and celebrate their shared commitment to a community deeply dedicated to scientific and social progress.
At Ubik Media, we support the foundation in its digital coverage with a very clear purpose: to ensure that this community spirit transcends the in-person experience and is conveyed in the digital space with authenticity and emotion. To achieve this, we design a multi-phase coverage plan—before, during, and after the event— that brings strategy, storytelling, and creativity into alignment.
Before the event, we activate the network. We reach out to the protagonists and their workplaces or study centers to generate anticipation, spark pride, and strengthen the bond with the CaixaResearch or fellowship community.
During the ceremony, we deliver live coverage through the client’s digital channels, offering an agile and engaging narrative. At the same time, we capture audiovisual content that is later transformed into pieces designed to inspire, inform, and captivate: interviews, highlight capsules, and human stories that put a face to the talent and diversity of the ecosystem.
After the event, we continue sharing everything that was experienced. The audiovisual pieces expand the reach of the gathering, consolidate its impact, and allow those who could not attend to feel part of it.
