Marketing plan for the International Centre for Numerical Methods in Engineering (CIMNE, UPC)
The International Centre for Numerical Methods in Engineering (CIMNE) asked us to develop a marketing plan around its activity that, in addition, would be operational until 2023. Faced with this need, we worked side by side with the executive team to define a roadmap aimed at (a) gaining notoriety and prestige (b) developing visibility and reputational positioning within the private sector but, especially, in the academic field at a European level and (c) aligning, even more, their technological offer with the market.
